These terms regulate the contracting of tourism services offered by 4DRoad S.L.
Purpose of the Contract
Users may contract organised trips, intermediation services, local guides, and travel packages offered by 4DRoad S.L.
Contracting Process
The user requests information or makes a booking via form or direct contact.
The client will receive a detailed proposal including prices, included services, and specific conditions.
The contract is formalised through the agreed payment and express acceptance of the quotation.
Prices
Prices include only the services described in each offer.
Any modification or additional service must be quoted again.
Payments and Cancellations
Payments may require deposits and advance payments.
Cancellation conditions depend on each trip and will be specified in the quotation.
Cancellations made by the client may incur charges depending on the notice period.
Liability of the Organiser
4DRoad S.L.:
Guarantees the quality of its own services.
Is not responsible for incidents caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, local operators) that are beyond its control.
Acts as an intermediary where applicable.
Traveller Documentation
The client is responsible for:
Holding a valid passport.
Obtaining required visas.
Complying with health and immigration requirements.
Insurance
It is recommended to contract appropriate travel insurance.
Some packages may include basic insurance, which will be specified in each offer.
Trip Modifications
For operational, weather-related, or safety reasons, itineraries may be modified.
Efforts will be made to provide equivalent services.
Applicable Law
This contract is governed by Spanish legislation and by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer and user protection.
